The Wow Factor – Enterprise Holdings Jobs and Careers

The wow factor in the military looks like helping one of your teammates or your your family members out as you would say. The wow factor is you stepping in and asking that person, hey is everything
okay making sure that they have whatever they need and make sure that you’re
there for them just to provide and be another helping hand. I try to make sure
that my employees feel that this is like home. We spend most of our hours here at work at Enterprise so it’s like a family to us. That’s the same thing that applies
in the military. We’re with each other so much to where it becomes that we’re like
a family and just making sure we’re having fun and getting our work done on
a day to day basis

    I have made several attempts to contact management about an issue at the Alamo Rent A Car Atlanta Airport. I will no longer attempt to speak to management. 

    I am being treated unfairly by management after I complained about two filthy vehicles, finding previous renters drug bags, condoms and wrappers, rental agreements and other (previous renters) items in vehicles at the Atlanta Airport Alamo rent a car. I have recorded video proof of each find. Rather than address the issue, Alamo staff and Management accused me of being belligerent, then I was placed on "do not rent" status. There are no police reports or police involvement whatsoever. I have not damaged ANY vehicles or have ever had ANY rental contract force-closed.

    All I wish is to be taken off of "do not rent" status so that I may continue being a loyal repeat customer.

    Management has gone as far as disabling my Alamo Insiders account itself.

    I have compiled video evidence of each find including the vehicle itself. It appears as though I am being punished by Atlanta EHI staff for merely complaining. 

    I will today begin the process of creating a searchable YouTube channel regarding this matter, making it easier for upper management, EHI staff in Missouri, and consumers to know about my issue with Atlanta Airport Alamo/National/Enterprise. 

    I just want to rent again. If the car is dirty, I will not complain anymore. I would just like to return to renting.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. May we come to a conclusion that is beneficial for both EHI and myself.
